A sweet/savoury balanced red onion sauce which adds a super kick to any meal. Use as a table sauce or in cooking. Use with, cheese, meat, pasta, burgers and sausages.

Ingredients:
Mango, white wine vinegar (sulphites), red onion, sugar, lime juice, scorpion chilli, garlic, ground ginger, ground coriander, onion powder, salt, nigella seeds, thyme.

A sweet/savoury balanced red onion sauce which adds a super kick to any meal (you definitely feel the Scorpion chilli). Ideal as a table sauce, use with cheeses, salads, pasta, chicken, steak & burgers – but it really comes into it’s own on Hot Dogs!
